1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the website operated by The Roof Pack Inc. ("we," "us," "our," or "Company"), or by requesting services, submitting an estimate request, or opting in to SMS communications, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.

2. Services

The Roof Pack Inc. provides roofing services including but not limited to inspections, estimates, repairs, replacements, and related consultation services. All work performed is subject to a separate written contract or work order signed by you and an authorized representative of the Company.

3. SMS / Text Messaging Program Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in, you agree to receive recurring SMS text messages from The Roof Pack Inc. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.

Program Description: The Roof Pack Inc. SMS program sends appointment confirmations, scheduling updates, estimate follow-ups, project status notifications, customer service responses, and promotional offers (where separately consented to) related to your roofing project.

Message Frequency: Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us. You will typically receive messages related to your active inquiries and projects.

Cost: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile carrier for details. The Roof Pack Inc. does not charge a fee for SMS messages.

Opt-Out: You can cancel the SMS service at any time by replying STOP to any message. After you send STOP, we will send you a confirmation message and you will not receive further SMS messages. To rejoin, sign up as you did the first time or reply START.

Supported Carriers: Our SMS program is supported on all major U.S. carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon Wireless, Boost, U.S. Cellular, Metro by T-Mobile, and others. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Eligibility: You must be at least 18 years old and the account holder or authorized user of the mobile number provided to opt in. By opting in, you confirm you have the authority to consent to receive messages at that number.

Privacy: No mobile information or SMS opt-in data will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Your mobile phone number and consent to receive text messages are not shared with any third parties. For more information, please see our Privacy Policy.

4. Estimates and Quotes

Estimates and quotes provided by The Roof Pack Inc. are based on the information available at the time and are subject to change upon physical inspection or discovery of unforeseen conditions. Estimates are valid for thirty (30) days unless otherwise stated in writing.

5. Payment Terms

Payment terms are governed by the specific contract or work order for each project. Late payments may be subject to interest charges and collection fees as permitted by Florida law.

6. Warranties

Specific warranty terms are set forth in your project contract. Manufacturer warranties on materials are passed through to the customer per manufacturer terms. The Roof Pack Inc. provides workmanship warranties as detailed in your contract.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, The Roof Pack Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our website, services, or SMS program. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific service giving rise to the claim.

8. Intellectual Property

All content on our website, including text, images, logos, and graphics, is the property of The Roof Pack Inc. or its licensors and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without prior written permission.

9. User Conduct

You agree not to:

  • Use our website or services for unlawful purposes.
  • Submit false or misleading information.
  • Interfere with the security or operation of our website.
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless The Roof Pack Inc., its officers, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of our services.

11. Governing Law and Disputes
