Website information
Articles, guides, price ranges, financing examples and answers on this site, including those from the Ruby AI chat assistant and the roof visualizer, are general information only. They are not a quote, inspection, insurance advice or legal advice. Visualizer images are illustrations and may not match final materials or colors exactly.
Estimates and roofing work
Any pricing for your home is provided only after we review your property, typically through the Roof Pack(Edge) Report. Roofing work is governed by the separate written agreement you sign with us, which controls if it conflicts with these terms. Requesting a report or estimate does not obligate you to buy anything.
Insurance and financing
We can document damage and work with your insurance company at your request, but we cannot guarantee that a claim will be approved or the amount paid. Financing is offered by third-party lenders, is subject to their approval and terms, and is not provided by The Roof Pack.
Communications and text messages
By submitting your contact details, you agree that we may contact you by phone, text message and email about your request. Message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out of texts or HELP for help. Consent is not a condition of purchase.
Your submissions
You agree that information and photos you send us are accurate and that you have the right to share them. You allow us to use them to respond to you and to perform and document your project.
Acceptable use
Please do not misuse the site, attempt to disrupt it, submit false information, or use the chat assistant or forms for spam or unlawful purposes.

Site content, logos and images belong to The Roof Pack or its licensors. Links to other websites, such as social media, review sites or lenders, are provided for convenience and we are not responsible for their content.
